How do I reset my biological clock to sleep at 11p.m.??
And what drifts you asleep?I'm afraid to put off the lamps and close my eyes,'cause tiredness evaporates and lonely frightening thoughts creep in.
I've mastered the art of sleeping in my morning classes with head proped on arms, since some of the teachers' voices are like a lullaby.
I envy people who can sleep and fall asleep in their beds in a blink of an eye time.

hikikomori,
See forum "sleep deprivation", we are discussing way to get to sleep.
It sounds like you need to learn how to quite the mind. Write down the "lonely frightening thoughts" and figure out what is causing them and if they are reasonable fears. Then decide what you are going to combat them. ie. If your fear is that you will not meet that special someone then start a plan on how and where you will meet people. Then decide which of these people you wish to get to know better. Then you can decide what you like and dislike about each person and get a better understanding of what you are looking for in that special someone. Do not be shy (people see shy as snubish), be open to the posibility of rejection (it hurts but it's a part of life. get use to it), and don't waste your time in a relationship that you know won't last.
If you are willing to expose the fears that are keeping you up maybe we can help, maybe not.
If your fears are unreasonable, then let them go.

Or take Mostly's advice from the 'sleep deprivation' thread and find another consenting adult to have sex with!
