At the veterinarian clinic, there is a large and colourful poster for treatment of brown dog ticks ...
I ask, are there treatments especially for black dogs? White ones? Multi-toned?

At the liquor store - a new clerk who seems just old enough to be unfamiliar with long trousers . . .
"Is today the 2-4-1 sale?" (while holding two bottles of a product)
