We watched 'Fantasia' with the kids last weekend. And then had to provide quite a long explanation about why we associated the Nutcracker suite with chocolate.
The Gordon's Gin advert in the cinema was always one of my favourites - although it probably wouldn't count as advertising genius, because it never enticed me to try drinking the stuff.

Alfster mentioned Guinness, and it's true. They have marketing genius. They've reached the stage now where their sales probably would'nt suffer a jot if they never made another ad.

Sadly that's probably also true of Chicken Tonight, advertising genius certainly but more from the realms of Hoovooloo was talking about above.
