What I want to know why my MS Outlook (they make me use it at w*rk 
) went all funny a couple of weeks ago. It no longer has send, reply and forward buttons in the message toolbar - although they're still there on the main screen. You have to use the File menu (for Send) or Actions (the others). It looks like there's a way to customise what buttons are in the toolbars - but it doesn't work.
