I have a *lot* of vinegars in my cupboard. All inexpensive. You don't need to pay fancy-schmancy prices to eat well.

I don't.I Like Balsamic and white wine vinegar for preference.

Try Kikkoman seasoned rice vinegar. You won't regret it.
