Since a recent trip to Bulgaria I've been looking on the web for recipes for Bulgarian dishes. I came across a site with some dishes, but nowhere have I found a recipe for Cheese Shopska Style.
Can any one be of any help with this ?

The trouble with Bulgarian food if you're eating out is that everything's served lukewarm.(in Sofia, Rus and Varna anyway) The dishes that are supposed to be hot never are and those that are supposed to be cold very seldom are.
So shopska's one of the things you can enjoy because it comes at the right temperature.

*grins* Yes, I can imagine the food at restaurants isn't too well-prepared...
Only ever had cheese shopska style in one once... I thought it was terrible....
....you have to try them cooked at home.... *sighs* So much better...
*grins* And there was an entry on Bulgarian hospitality somewhere which was rather true...
Hm.... In fact, I'm a little surprised so many people have been to Bulgaria....
