Don't recall the name being mentioned, as its not in our dimension I don't think its relevant.

Thanks for your reply, Hairrycarl. I am currently attempting to enter the dimension of Deep Thought's planet, as a badly postured journalist chronicling the Hitchhiker film, hence my interest in clarifying this location.
One smartypants I encountered claimed the planet's name was 'Zantistada,' or similar, but I cannot confirm this, let alone spell it.
If all else fails, I will endeavor to sound knowledgable while, in truth, remaining vague.
Sincerely,

The two great philosophers Vroomfondel and Majikthise, who in their infinite wisdom spoke to Deep Thought of the answer to Life the Universe and Everything were "lecturers" at the great Cruxwan University and perhaps even partook of Brockian Ultra Cricket - so one would assume the planet that Deep Thought parked its arse on was Cruxwan. Or Brockia. Or not.

if indeed planet has any meaning in the higher dimension in which they exist.

Thanks, Happy Frood and Ictoan.
I can see that I have opened a metaphysical can of worms.
I shall reshuffle my vague journalistic comments accordingly.
