Does anyone know what a munjac deer's bark sounds like?

It is, a quite high pitched repeated bark that can last for over an hour.

Only the males bark, the females sort of squeel. They also sometimes make a clicking noise when running, no idea why

Caribou make a clicking noise when they run. It is produced by a tendon in their ankles and is used to keep contact with each other.
I imagine Muntjac deer do something similar for the same reason.
