Lamb goes remarkably well with peaches, I casserole it with dried peaches, peppers, mushrooms, garlic & onions, add a little turmeric & a couple of cloves & serve with couscous

The right recipe GD, but I've not got one of those domed cooking pots & anyway if I called it a tagine, Grandad wouldn't eat it

got it in one Master B 's funny, we seem to eat quite a lot of spicy stews & casseroles in the winter
