Anybody else in the US happen to know any place here where lemon marmalade can be bought, other than the internet? Thanks for suggestions!

Do away with the marmalade and have lemon curd instead...
Come to think of it, orange curd is also rather attractively flavoured and textured!

I can give you a recipe to make your own if you like, it's a bit tedious but worth it

Hey, a recipe would work too, I guess! =]
My mom likes lemon curd also, but she has a thing for lemon marmalade and she just ran out.
Thanks!

Ok, here goes
Lemon Marmalade
12 lemons
Preserving Sugar
Wash the lemons, put them in a preserving pan (or any thick bottomed large pan) with water to cover and boil until they are quite sort. Remove from pan (keep the water for later) cut in half and scoop out the pulp; remove all the pips and pith but keep the fruit, and add it to the very thinly sliced peel (or thickly sliced if you prefer your marmalade chunky) and weigh it all together. To each pound (500g) of fruit/peel allow 1 pound (500g) of preserving sugar and half pint of the water in which the lemons were boiled. Return all to the preserving pan, stir until all the sugar has dissolved, then boil until the syrup sets quickly when tested (to test, place a little of the syrup on the back of a cold saucer, when the syrup 'wrinkles' when your finger is pushed through the syrup, it's ready) Pour into warm, dry and sterilised jars, then cover at once.
Hope this helps, if there's anything you need help with just ask

And here's a recipe for Lemon Curd
3 Lemon's
1 pound (500g) loaf sugar
1/4 pound (125g butter
3 eggs
Grate the lemon rind on to some of the loaf sugar. Put all sugar, butter and strained juice of the lemons into a pan and stir over a gentle heat until the sugar has dissolved. Allow to cool. Beat the 3 eggs and stir them carefully into the contents of the pan, Stir over a gentle heat until it thickens, but do not aloow to boil. Leave to cool, them pour into jars and cover.
