I lurnt that the cheese I got from Tesco's cause it 'sounded nice' wasn't nice at all.
I lurnt that the watch I currently have and which is a bit bust, I can get for only £10 ish, from a different company to the one that was doing it for £20ish when I got it
I Remembered the leason I lurnt a long while ago, that you can never have enough beer in the house.
I discovered I don't have quite enough pairs of socks, and that a sizible number of my pants ought to be thrown out and replaced...

I believe that 'learnt' is the English (UK) spelling of the past participle of 'to learn'; whereas 'learned', whilst pronounced in roughly the same way is the English (American) way of spelling it. I learnt that today.

In fact there are a few verbs with two past tense forms, either irregular or regular:
learnt/learned
dreamt/dreamed
lit/lighted
spoilt/spoiled
They aren't to do with one being either American or British forms, they are just like that. English is a funny old thing.
What I learnt today is that I love my cat so much I am willing to have her undergo surgery that might kill her.
