Worst names parents shouldn't have been allowed to call their kids

Know any?
Personally, I assumed it was a joke when I heard that Brad Pitt's child with Angelina Jolie was to be called Shiloh. Turns out it's true. Most of us have been to primary school. What would children in YOUR primary school have called you if your name was Shiloh Pitt? Haven't these people heard of spoonerism?

Where's that thread about spooky connections between threads...?
I was reading a story earlier from the "what news story has caught your attention today?"
about a Catholic School rejecting a pupil on the grounds that their surname was Hell!
Unsurprisingly after recanting on this the father , Mr Hell is telling them where to stick their school...
There really are so very many ridiculous names out there that it's hard to know where to start.
Should names like D'Wayne not just be outlawed altogether?

A few years a go a so called celebrity couple in the Icy North named their son Moonbeam (månstråle). A lot of toddler girls are called Sparkle (tindra).

That woman with the 99 air balloons named her daughter Kosmo Karma. Mel B named her first daughter Phoenix Chi, and her new one something equally daft.

Yep, and apparently Phoenix was also a made up name. Their father was called Bucket before he changed it.

Now let me see from my remembered store of actual children's names acquired as a teacher..
Candy Sweet.
Theresa Green.
Theresa Brown.
Tracy Stacy.I was teaching in an all girls school and had 8 Tracys in her class so I HAD to call out full names for the register.Poor kid.
My main rant is the weird and wonderful spellings parents come up with for the most prosaic of names.Just how many ways are there to spell Kayleigh or Karen,Kylie and Katie.
By gum do they complain if you say their name wrong too or forget to use the diminutive of their name they insist you use..which as a supply secondary teacher drives me wild.I can see 5 different classes per day per week of about 30 students and they all expect me to remember they like being called Tom or Timmy.
As for mispronunciation at least the Asians,Chinese,Turkish and middle and far eastern European students are more understanding about mistakes in spelling and pronunciation.
RANT over. You can come out now...
