Lectures,teaching or tutor in nursing schools or other medical schools of all levels. Graduation ceremony lectures.

Personal physician for the wealthy.

Buy x-ray and other medical equipment for leasing to hospitals and offices.

Start a clinic or join up with doctors doing service in rural areas and countries in need. Ship of hope..

Limited special service type clinic for something specific.
Wounds- blood pressure -

Write or edit books or pamplets for patients organizations or doctors.

Become a politician (lobbyist)or invent a new diet.

Invent and *sell* (where the money is) an instrument or test for something in medical practices. Invent something for mobility or disabilty ease.

Start group homes for the well off.
Any clinic to do with aging ,diets, exercise,stress and mental health.
Life coaches are a big deal here for anybody that does not want "therapy"

Various sales jobs in business , equipment, organizations.
Head of a medical organiztion or publication.
Life Insurance or other easy one time exams.

Be an 3rd opinion for doctors and or patients or other professionals.

Be an expert witness in trials or a consultant to a lawyer whom does medical cases. A medical detective or coroner.

I know very little about working as a doctor on behalf of insurance companies, something to do with me being an out of work computer boffin I guess I suppose a good starting place would be to get in touch with insurance companies and their underwriters to find out what it involves and what you need to do to head into that particular area.
