In the bad planning that went into setting up our office they bought a used copier instead of leasing.
I have never once had any trouble with it, it collates, enlarges, reduces, never jams, and does everything just fine. Mind you, I'm the only one. Everyone else curses it.

No. It's a printer/copier, and it puts random grey lines and smudges on the output, whether printing or copying.

Yes the photocopier works fine. It doesn't take too much of a hammering and behaves itself most of the time.
It's the laser printer that keeps playing up. The damn thing wants to print everything on 'Letter' sized paper. Now for the life of me, I've never seen letter sized paper on sale anywhere, everything is always A4. Can't printer companies realise that people only use this one size, and fix the printer settings accordingly *before* it leaves the factory
