Handheld computer?

Do you have a handheld computer? I'm pretty bewildered by all the various toys which can be bought, like a SatNav, an iPod, and any variation on a Blackberry, but is it not possible to perform all these functions on a single Handheld computer?
If you have one, please tell me how great it is, and what you wish it could still do.
Which ones do all the things I mention above, and at what price?
