Inner space vs outer space?

As usual, this morning i watched 5 minutes of a crappy film on sky, while drinking my
This morning, i happened to watch "Bermuda Triangle", a film that looked at many different mysterious stories about the triangle.
The bloke presenting it suggested that people on one particular ship were plucked by extra terrestrials into inner or outer space.
All very well i thought, but what exactly is "inner"space

I have a horrible feeling 'inner space' in this context means 'Good Lord what drivel am I talking, please some one save me, I thought a career in TV presenting would be so cool...'
I have heard the eleven, or is it fifteen, or more? very tiny dimensions rolled up around every 'string' in String Theory called inner space, presumably because they are 'inside' all of us ipso facto, but would also label that 'over-excited person in Pub talk' rather than true science.
Then there was that film back in the 80s called 'Inner Space' in which a whole bunch of people got in a wee ship and disappeared into their buddy's ear, with the help of a miniturisation device. So could 'Inner Space' be a coded refernce to the (alleged) aliens' (alleged) obsession with probing intimate orifices in American folklore?

Lord knows. I watched it as a kid in the 80s and only remember people floating about and shrieking their way through someone elses' blood stream.

I remember that film being referenced by my biology teacher at school for its shockingly inaccurate portrayal of the lungs as 2 big sacks of air and how they should have known better.
Heard something about the bermuda triangle the other day that went along the lines of
Lots of aircraft/ships + lots of cloud + lots of storms + normal percentage of accidents = number of missing aircraft / ships in the area.
simple really.
Then again it could be down to the ancient atlantean magnets buried in the sea floor.

To clarify for film buffs, Inner Space was the film where one man (Dennis Quaid), not several, got injected into Martin Short (through his buttocks, not his earhole). He was supposed to go into a rabbit but the bad guys chased the lab technician before he got injected. I was rubbish.
Inner space is - I have always thought - the 'empty' space in atoms. An atom is 99.9% nothing.

Bermuda Triangle? Aliens? These are just cover stories put about by the real villains - pixies.

Master B,
"I was rubbish."
We really must do something about your self confidence
I guess the other film was the Incredible Journey one or something for which I remember the old computer game where, the quote the review of the time, the patient was wired up somewhat strangely.

That was the original and a much better film.
And I wasn't rubbish, although if I'd been in the film, I probably would have been.

She was. And, yes, I'm sure we'd all like to inject ourselves into her.

Actually, B there *were* two guys inside Jack Putter at one point- the bad guy that got digested as well as the original one.

My god! I'm never going to be able to think of the bermuda triangle without thinking of you and Raquel Walsh now!
