So how do I make a little chicken 'risotto' First I need a little chicken, not a big one, or a very small one, just a little one, then I will blackmail it, bribe it and force it to 'risotto', in a large pan.... I hope it agrees to do it

I do know how to make risotto I didn't make it in the end though Just had salad with ham and cheese and bread and stuff so I didn't have any chicken not even a little one

I work in a takeaway, the frozen chicken portions are always the left side of the poor fowl. I often wonder who gets the right hand side, or if they have secretly bred a left hand side chicken...

Risotto isn't as much hastle as it initially appears... And once you've got the hang of doing the 'basic' recipe, you can make all mannors of different risottos, I normally do either chicken risotto (with onion, garlic, mushroom, celery, chicken), or asparagus and pea risotto (with onion, garlic, celery, asparagus and fresh peas), Actually I've not done one in a while I also do a 'cheap' version of it, which is a pretty basic rice recipie, that can again be made using what ever veg/meet is to hand and it doesn't need as much atention during the cooking process, so It can be left once the bits are done and tipped on a plate 15/20 mins late which is what I had last night
