No. I've seen it advertised on TV. The first time I heard it was years ago and was by an emailed link entitled "guaranteed to make you laugh". That original site had the sound only but no connection with frogs or mention of frogs.

Ahh... I see... I've heard it with the racecar picture on the web before... Jamster hasn't flooded the U.S. airwaves with it and the crazy frog thing yet... they're still milking the dancing hamster ringtone.
