Some help please !

Hi anyone that's out there, I really need some help. I have emailed the support team but unfortunately the thing they told me to do I have already done and as such have lost my h2g2 identity.
Whats happened is my cookies were deleted and I couldn't remember my login details, but when I entered the login that h2g2 accepted with my email addy it just created a new researcher id. I still can't login to my proper account and I desperately need to edit my personal space. I'd really really appreciate some help here if possible!

Thanks Andrea, I've managed to sort it all out now, for some reason it was accepting my bbci messageboard id with one email addy, but my h2g2 id was created using a new email addy.
Doh!
