he had no respect for the law. he was a pirate for gods sake. what these films do is glorify lawlessness and encourage the young people to have these vagabonds as role models in life instead of upright, decent people like damien duff and bill cosby

My Dad really reminds me of a white Bill Cosby! Ah but you see Brian, Captain Jack Sparrow wasn't a BAD pirate (although I bet he'd be bad if you want him to be - mmmmm...). He was a good man. Watch the film to find out. Please. i bet you'll want him just as bad as I do.
