Me and a few friends convinced the Russian exchange students at my school one year that I was Bruce Lee's nephew.

I convinced the boys who lived next door that they would start their periods soon they bought it for a few weeks

It wasn't exactly a lie, just a BIG not being told the truth...

I was led to believe that a close friend of mine (male) was straight. Had known him for 3 and a half years, and liked him for 2... that's a hell of a crush. Found out the truth about 5 weeks ago...

Someone once told me that professional wrestlers were actually cybernetically enhanced organic body-models operated by tiny aliens to disseminate subliminal messages on TV through various wrestling moves.

It broke my heart finding out 3 years later they were just a bunch of big eaters with no other discernible skill.

Did you know they lie to us at school? It's just to make things easier for us - like in Yr7 they'll say one thing and then at A level they'll say "oh, by the way, we said this - we lied, it's more like this"

But now I'm all confused and I can't remember whats right...

As a child my grandparents thought it was funny to tell me that Ghinan the head gorilla of planet of the apes was my dad.

Being very little i just believed them and went round telling people this, it relly bacfired when I was up on stage at the works Christmas party talling to the compere.

Convinced my cousin while on holiday that it was impolite to expose your teeth in public in Turkey. She spent the rest of the day with her hand over her mouth.

When me and my little brother were very young, one of his mates convinced him that Hoverboards(Back to the future) existed. No matter how many times I told him they didnt, he'd reply that his friend had been to America and had seen them... Gullible fool...

Iwent to see Batman forever and it only lasted for an hou and a half. Although that was toolong in my opinion.
