It's good news there is more training in behaviors/emotional distress. Especially with domestic abuse being so high. I have read it's a high % of the calls.
How prevelant is the suicide by law enforcement thing? Is that over stated?

i don't know about suicide by law enforcement, but i read something today that said the one year risk (US) for dying by suicide is 1 in 8,800 and by homicide is 1 in 15,000.

Pfft..that all depends on who you ask. Most western nations are notorious for underreporting suicides because of the supposed 'shame' that such acts would bring upon the family.
