my mate and i booked a holiday, payed in full £600, using her daughters visa card, company went bankrupt, but then took another £600 out of account, she was scared her hubby would find out, so i gave her £600, visa said they would refund the £1,200 within 6 weeks, this was 6 months ago, i believe she has already been re-embursed, as she is now avoiding me, sent her a formal letter asking to see proof of wether or not she has been payed back, now not only is she avoiding me and ignoring me in the street, her mother.... my friend has also fallen out with me...! am i being a mug... what would you do?
