If you were writing something like that, about another part of your organisation, wouldn't it make sense to get that other part just to check it over for you? Hmm? 
Maybe we should write an entry on link and trailer writers:
"Link and trailer writers are spiky purple monkeys who live at the bottom of the Caspian Sea...."
