cheese's origins
Maori Started conversation Sep 16, 1999
obviously cheese is one of the greatest creations of humans, but where did the idea first come for cheese?
who decided curdling milk and leaving it to go mouldy for a couple of years would be a good dinner treat?
where did it all start?
anything about cheese is accepted with open arms please..........
