The Useless 3rd

Sorry if this is the wrong place to bring this up - perhaps someone can point me in the right direction. Anyway, I have just returned from a meeting of the NHS modernisation Group and I have been traumatised by the similarity between this august body and the inhabitants of the B ark. I am not an articulate person but I need to articulate, urgently and wonder if anyone knows if there is anything published comparing the B ark with committee structures and bodies found in public life. I would love to return to the next meeting with something concrete, enlightening and although they wouldn't recognise it, useful to say.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
