I thought HHIH was *commissioned* by BSB and originally shown by them, but pulled after the first episode. As far as I know, it's never been shown, although clips have appeared on one of those ubiquitous Channel 4 clip shows.

Actually, you might be right about BSB commissioning it. They did show the first episode at least once - my housemate's got a copy and it's truly dreadful.

Has anyone mentioned The Pall Bearer's Revue, Jerry Sadowitz's extremely short-lived BBC 2 series? As I recall it didn't even make it to the end of the series before being discreetly shelved... smiley - whistle

The show was called Wilderness Road not much more to be found out about it
