I thought HHIH was *commissioned* by BSB and originally shown by them, but pulled after the first episode. As far as I know, it's never been shown, although clips have appeared on one of those ubiquitous Channel 4 clip shows.

Actually, you might be right about BSB commissioning it. They did show the first episode at least once - my housemate's got a copy and it's truly dreadful.

Has anyone mentioned The Pall Bearer's Revue, Jerry Sadowitz's extremely short-lived BBC 2 series? As I recall it didn't even make it to the end of the series before being discreetly shelved...

The show was called Wilderness Road not much more to be found out about it
