I'm using green soft-soap for a lot of things like cleaning brushes
with paint and laquer.Lemon-oil are also useful.

Eucalyptus oil? - no that only works on gum tree stains & there arent many where you are, are there?

Petrol followed by lots of soapy water is usually good for most gummy stains.

Yes, but petrol seems to play havoc with the paint job. smiley - winkeye

I havent found that to be the case, especially if its been polished in the last year smiley - winkeye & gets the soapy water treatment before it drys.
