Zak T Duck Posted Dec 23, 2005
Politics:
Vote of no confidence in the Labour Party. Blair stands down and "shock horror" Brown gets in charge.
In order to not feel left out, Lib Dems get rid of Kennedy, who replace him with Menzies Campbell.
Sport:
England don't make it past the group stage of the world cup. Sven is sent packing back to Sveden and "England's Heroes" are made a laughing stock.
Andy Murray becomes the new British #1. Rusedski retires and Henman seriously considers it also.
Wembley isn't finished in time for the FA Cup final.
Entertainment:
Wembley isn't even finished in time for Take That's reunion tour.
Elton John has the first "gay divorce" in England.
Just for laughs:
Women rediscover the joys of Croz, and one of them decides to take pity on him and become his girlfriend.

Mr. Dreadful - But really I'm not actually your friend, but I am... Posted Dec 30, 2005
I will spend far too much time playing World of Warcraft.
Some right-wing politician or other will start a full-on campaign against civil partnerships because of the beleif that it gives more rights to homosexuals than heterosexuals currently have. When somebody points out that heterosexuals merely have to get married in order to enjoy the very same rights that a civil partnership provides they won't listen.
