You'd think so, wouldn't you? Well, I'm *just* short enough that my feet dangle unsupported on most buses; depending on if the front edge of the seat tilts up slightly or not,ny legs will go numb, and then getting on my feet again is somewhat iffy... 
It's hard to feel like an adult when your feet dangle...
