Oh sweet lord god Jesus and all the wee angels and saints. I had forgotten about that side affect of this particular painkiller.

I had it a couple of years ago, and couldn't do a good healthy crap for over a week.

I think whenever that last flush reaches the sea it should be classified as a toxic weapon.

There will be a haddock somewhere in the Irish Sea with concussion if it gets hit by that torpedo.

I also think part of my brain is still on another planet, it hasn't come back yet.

PS - why is it ok to say "crap" but not "t urd"? Me nay comprehend.

OH. now. I could... indeed.... lets just say, were it not for senna the last four months whilst I've been on chemo.... and, even with it, soemtimes.... ouch. ouchy ouch ouch.

Today was, gastorointestinally speaking, by pure coincidence, something of a ..... landmark day

17 days after the final* infusion, with no senna the last err, three nights I think. My gastrointestinal tract, showed and, thence demonstrated, successfully and without pain, its, seeming return to something very closely resembling 'normal' functioning err. You've no idea what a ...... occasion that was, earlier today I do believe I tweeted about it, as one is prone to do, on such significent occasions Now.... if I can just persuade all the muscles in my body, and joints, and m mucus membranes everywehre, and brain, to return to 'normal', maybe I'll feel like I'm really getting somewhere.... heck, if I could just get my right eye's tear duct working again, so I didn't ahve to keep piddling about putting drops in it, it'd be quite handy and, seeing as how I randomly said I'll go out this weekend coming, I really ougha get a move on an bluddy recover.... I'm so lazy somtimes maybe my new game, of housework roulette is a good strength and fitness building thing, ... perhaps

A couple of mine...... about teh middle, to final 1/4 way t hrough chemo... definately needed their own epic theme tunes..... I honstly expected to find dammage to the toilet pan - Guinness worked quite well instead of senna, early on, but.... TBH..... just the idea of drining beer, half the time, started .... being somewhitng ungood - though there were very few infusions where I didn't drink the night before, or on the way home afterwards.... even if I felt rubbish, it.... .. it... was just such a stupid 2legs thing to do, it had to be done... heck; I refused to stop drinking strong black coffee, even when it went through a short-lived period of making me feeling nauseaous.... - you gotta let your body know who's boss... I wasn't having it call the shots as to what I did and didn't drink or eat - I won I think...

Huh. I checked the filter list, and for some reason, t-u-r-d really is in there. Our filter was inherited from the BBC and contains the same terms that theirs did, many of which are not actually offensive or swear words or anything like that at all. Unfortunately, modifying the list does not seem to update the live filter. This is one of the things we're working on with our Technical team. When we get to this part, we'll remove that one. Sorry.

That said, it sounds like shit is more apt description for what you've been up to.
