No, it's just from the supermarket. But sometimes theirs is tasty, too!

Actually the best is from the German discount supermarket. This is from the more expensive one, and it's usually not as good!

smiley - laugh

It's verboten bei mir until 1st of December, along with anything like tinsel, or Christmas music. But since this is the weekend, I'm bending the rules a bit. It doesn't seem fair for Stollen time to start on a Monday!

You're only human. I don't see a need for feeling guilty about craving something. A little bit of beer, or bacon, or anything else should not be especially harmful. It's the overindulging that's a problem. Is there a way to savor a little bit without going overboard?

2legs - Hey, babe, take a walk on the wild side...

Yes... yes there is smiley - zen its called portion control, and I've managed, to loose (very gradually), 5 stone, without giving up any food types at all smiley - zen - denying myself bacon, butter, choclate, savory meat pies, etc, just would not have worked... so I didn't give any such things up, just reduced how much, size as much as anything, any given meal is/was smiley - zen and, trying to raise the veg/fruit by just increasing the amount of things, like mushrooms in any dish which contains them (at circa 11 calories per 100 Grams, I seriously overfose on mushrooms, which suits me as I love them smiley - drool - just trying to ensure one uses only what butter/fat is required, etc., for cooking them in) smiley - zen As I've droped clothes sizes, my plates/serving bowls have simularly gotten smaller.... I doubt its a coincidence smiley - laughsmiley - zen Mind.... every now and then.... a seriously over the top bacon buttery extravogence is required, beyond my n ow normal reduced portion size of such, only not like four times a week or more smiley - laughsmiley - drool having said which.... now its getting colder here.... where's my suet crust, steak n Kidney pudding smiley - droolsmiley - run
