How are you doin..

Not so badly. I was told in no uncertain terms to be anywhere BUT at work, 2 hours before the day ended. So I went to a lumber yard, and ordered about 110-quid worth of wall-board stuff. I'm building a new office/PC-room/library in my basement.

How's things with you?

The same as usual...
Too busy at work to think and too busy sleeping to do anything else.
I am spending my Friday night baby-sitting my nephew and neice.
How sad am I..?

Well, I've spent a lot of quieter Friday nights ... How old are the kids? They might be good for some chuckles.

Katie is 10.
And Josh is 2..

The perfect age and combination for babysittin.
One moody preteen and one terrible two year old...

Hmmmm, both sound like justification for rolls of industrial grade duct-tape. Bind 'em to some immoveable object.

All I can say is 'better you than me'.

Ah well I'm gonna be shutting them up with pizza in a minute..

Yeah, that'll work ... Get them cheesed and messed up, and then have an hour of trying to clean 'em up again. Make sure to load them up with a good cola too. Loads of caffeine to keep the folks awake when they get home.

(You can tell that I make a great grand-Dad, eh? )

Awww, my kids love me dearly. Or so they say when I'm actually there. Honestly, I don't spoil the little ones anymore than I would have wanted my own girl treated. But I do have a great time with them. I was there in April for the christening/baptism of the youngest. It was great.

Heh heh heh. I have to wonder how my daughter will deal with her girl, come on those years. BOTH has very short fuses.

My daughter is 11 this month, what the is she going to like when she's 16

Hopefully less hormonal than she is now.. I had two of them 2 years apart!
