*Alanna enters the room and picks herself a plate of food from the impressive spread before her. She sits down on an empty bench and begins to eat*

*Sarah walks into the room and looks around. Doesn't talk any food, but instead walks up to Alanna and sits down across from her.*

Do you mind if I sit here?

*Alanna smiles warmly*

yeah, it was a while ago, people are cleaning up. So what is your school, ( caretaker, warroir etc)

So I'm just wondering what did you pick as your weapon of chose?
*Gets a plate of food to eat*

I'm a warrior so can fight with a fair few weapons - swords are my speciality though, mainly the katana.

*walks in a grabs a plateful of food before finding a seat and watching the small group of people gathered in the hall*

Thats a good weapon. But I personaly perfer the quarterstaff. That is what my Father had me learn, "for my own pertection" before I left home.

*nods*

The quarterstaff does give good protection, but the sword is a darn sight more useful against an orc in armour. Still, I suppose you have your magic to use for attack.

Yes, thats true. My Father was more worried about the men at home who would randomly try to kidnap me.

Randomly try to kidnap you? Have many tried?

Well they wreen't random, they were usally happened when my Father would bring in new taxs or something like that that would effect the people in an unwanted way. Yes, many have tried, there were usally two or three each year. Thats why my father was glad when I left to come here.
