I've said it before, and I'll say it again.

My ideal home would be the Royal Courts of Justice. They look bloody fantastic, a huge sexy castle, just right for a fairy tale princess, or indeed me. And yet they don't have the dreadful problem of being stuck on some remote island, in the middle of a dark and gloomy forest, or some other place where getting to the shops would be a problem. And as an added bonus, I could walk to work!

Do you already work there????

Don't you think though that it might be somewhat chaotic...all those civil cases don't sound very peaceful. Maybe you could live there and be in charge.

But really...what part of your ideal would you actually like to make come true???? How are you going to go about doing it???

obviously you'd want to kick out the actual 'courts of justice' bit and make them go somewhere else. you dont want criminals or, even worse, lawyers, running around your house.

I work for the BBC at Bush House - so it's only a short walk, or if it's raining, one bus stop.

I would have to kick out all the riff raff, and the people on trial of course. I've heard that there are already flats in there, so I could move in tomorrow I expect. But I'd rather have the whole place! I'm rename it something like - The Palace of Mina.

How about "Mina's Abode"? i dont think there are enough abodes about. or something really official sounding, like "The fixed residential property of Mina"

Abode isn't really grand enough. Maybe one tweak to your other suggestion - "The fixed residential Palace of Mina"
