: It's gone even more underactive.

lil: Aaah.. it that why I am so tired and keep falling asleep?

: Possibly, so I will leave a prescription increasing your Thyroxine to 200mcg and don't forget to take it. Your resistance to illness is already low.... (continues with usual lecture)....

lil: I won't.. Thank you, doctor.
