I've killed two or three mice lately, but it would have been so much nicer if they had reasonably accepted my instructions to leave my house. I've told them, every day for months, that they really should leave.

In our old house we used to catch (=kill) a mouse a day during the winter season. Some ecaped though. We once found just a tail. Another mouse approached the trap from the other side and got launched (slid over the slippery floor for 2 metres before running away again).

I think all my mice have either died or left. It's nice and quiet here, and I don't find their droppings any more.
