Security personnel and Cool Britannia

I've worked in Security for a while and feel there is something missing. Being isolated in some ways and sometimes to extreme extents, could be countered by an initiative that would also promote Britain as cool.
Everyone gets a dress down day, or almost. Security is one which doesn't. If a guard is distracted by a cool outfit, then are they thinking straight in the first place? I watched the newer Hitch Hiker's film the other night and am now sure that once each month, a dress down (or up to be more precise) day should be done and coordinated for Security. Either the first or second version of the Vogon costume... like it? Properly made also.
If you don't agree, can you think of a better one?

I my neck of the woods, getting dressed down means getting severely criticized.

Sometimes it has to be well co-ordinated, and at director level for this. Otherwise it would meet many problems.
