David Blaine is about to perform his 'most shocking stunt'.

So where is the difficulty or danger?

It's a faraday cage, so totally safe.

In fact, possibly the simplest and most useless stunt yet.

So what's the point?

It will only be shocking who never studied Science, surely?

As it says in that article:

But although the stunt looks incredibly dangerous, the only real physical challenge for Blaine is the act of standing still, in a heavy suit, for three days.

Which, yes, is mildly impressive, but in no way dangerous.

So basically... its an endurance thing, to see if he can stand still for three days? the lightening/electric thing, that's just a fancy 'light show' going off around him, but that seems to have conversly been made the 'main bit' of the event? Oh well... it takes all sorts...

I wonder how much he's being paid for what is essentially a cheap trip.

Must be getting old or running out of ideas.

Or maybe he just can't hack it any more?
