Was anyone else as pleased as I was to see Syed given his marching orders last night?

STRANGELY STRANGE ( A brain on a spring )

Unfortunately I just found out by mistake....I was going to watch it later.
Occasionally he has moments of brilliance, but he is just so full of runny poo!! He is being interviewed on TV at moment.
If he is taken down a peg or two it may do him some good in the long run.

That's interesting Where was he being interviewed? Before I left home, they said on GMTV that they had sent a car for him but he failed to make it to the studio and they had to speak to him by phone.

Thought I was watching the Syed show. Hilarious!
The last two episodes have shown him as a real buffoon, I even started feeling sorry for him in the end. smiley - yikes
I suppose he could have his own 'Some mothers do have'em' type show.

The Groob

He relied on the old porkies a little too much. He would've have done something very unethical on the boat if Ruth hadn't stepped in.

It was very funny when he tried to start up a bit of chatter with Sir AS after the elimination a couple of weeks back. Sir AS was having none of it.

It's the Catch-22 of all reality TV shows: the people you most want to see get their come-uppance are also the ones that make it worth watching in the first place.

It's going to be a bit dull now, I think smiley - erm

Personally, I think firing Syed was a mistake.

Failure on that task was mainly attributable to Ruth, cr@p marketing (compared with the other team), swanning of to do sales of tickets when she should have helped out, not being in communication with Syed to know what was going on (when she was sat chatting with people and Syed was trying to call her), and overbuying on champagne.

She is fantastic at person-to-person sales, and i have no doubt SA will hire her in RL (though she definately won't win the series), but in a sales position, not a management/overseeing role as the prize is. However, she has never shown an ability to work well in a team with others, and has always concentrated on making herself look good, not winning the task.

Any bets for next week? Michelle to go is a certainty I reckon, then either Paul or Ruth to go with her.
