I'm a bourbon-hog, but Nitina doesn't like them, so we usually end up with choc-chip cookies and ginger nuts.

Y'know, I've never thought of it that way!
I just know I like plain chocolate better... have you ever had a test for lactose intolerance (my mum discovered that's why she never liked milk and milk things)?

Yeah. That's them. I quite like them though, although it's evident that Mina doesn't.
The only biscuits I'll refuse if someone waves them at me are plain shortbread... I can't stand touching my teeth with my tongue after them, and I always need loads of water to make up for their desert-dryness...

Yeah. I always thought shortbread was a stupid name. It's not bread, and who is qualified to use the adjective "short" to describe it - I can think of many biscuits that are shorter than shortbread biscuits!
