I won a Bahamas cruise! I'm so excited! I got the winning ticket today in the mail (they sent a bunch of fliers through the mail and whatever you scratch is your prize, and I won the grand prize!) And I get to pick up my prize this week. I've never been outside the States before in my life, so this is one opportunity I don't want to miss! Hopefully we can schedule my husband's vacation in time to take the cruise!

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. A friend of mine bought a trip to New York and Florida. She found it was cheaper if she went to the Bahamas as well. The bit of the Bahamas right next to Florida is not particularly nice, and that's the bit she was sent to. Let's hope you're going to the upmarket end.

Actually, one of the things my friend said about Grand Bahama was that everyone else there except her had won the holiday as a prize!
