If someone found the frequency at which the universe vibrates. By vibrating at that frequency, would they be able to oscillate between dimensions and therefore time ?
(just a little thought thats been spinning round my head )

Are you referring to String Theory type vibrations? Because if that is the case, then there would WAY too many dimensions for us to comprehend...

Wow, Hadn't heard of the string theory.
It was just a thought that I had
I just looked it up !
Well that's my reading for the night sorted
thank you

If you're really interesed, try "The Elegant Universe" by Brian Greene...amazing book. I'm not really an astrophysicist by nature, but he explains things really well.
But to actually TRY to respond to your question...in theory at least...it would be possible to travel through the SPATIAL dimensions (up to 11, I believe). And in fact we do. The other dimensions are very, very small circular dimensions.
For example, when you wave your arm in front of your face...it isn't traveling in a straight line. It is moving through trillions of trillions of different circles in different dimensions. Kind of rotating while still moving in one of our three dimensions.
Kind of hard to picture, I know...and as for traveling through time...well that gets into another aspect of String Theory. It is one of those theoretical possibilities that really can't happen.
Anyway, I do go on...just caught my attention

f = E / h
An equation that describes that the matter wave frequency of any event of energy within the known universe changes as the energy of that system changes. The constant "h" is Planks constant (6.62608 to the power of -34 J/S off the top of my head). This constant is really the resolution of energy within the universe, it never comes in half multiples or gets any smaller. So in answer to your question, it is not that you must resonate with the universe in order to oscillate between dimensions and therefore time because the above equation tells us.... IT IS ALREADY HAPPENING ..You wouldn't exist if you were not already resonating in sympathy with the universe as you would have no energy. This universal frequency that your body resonates at for example is consistently changing. Every time your relative velocity changes or your proximity to other matter like the earth changes your matter frequency changes. Its always in a constant state of flux. Like a nice hot cup of tea. If the quantum principle holds that an electron is everywhere in the universe at once before we observe it then my suggestion to you in order to shift dimensions is to stop observing yourself. Try taking up transcendental meditation and forget who you are. All the best...Your pan dimensional pal, Puff of logic.

if you found anything that explains string theory in a night, let me know. I'll buy it.
My wife sis trying to understand string theory. She failed O level maths though ...

probably barking up the wrong tree but a nuclear detonation in space
would (probably) produce the desired effects. this abnormality would then seek the easyest rout to open. so if a second was detonated that would become the easiest pathway
