Possibly my favourite bit of Sheldon-Penny interaction, where he helps her with the Penny Blossoms'(a hair ornament). He explains how she can increase productivity of the item & soon they're seen on the couch, both assembling Penny Blossoms & singing sea shantys.
When Leonard & the others stumble on this scene & learn more of the venture, Leonard sets up a website. Soon the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Of New York(I believe it was)has ordered 50,000 & the 5 of them are working around the clock. This prompts Sheldon(after a bit of urging)to drink his first cup of 
with needless to say rather hilarious results(stimulant indeed!

That's so true. I loved that one.. it was one of the episodes that really made me appreciate the Penny/Sheldon dynamic.
I watched that and then going back in the show realized a few times Sheldon getting coffee - and thought, I thought Sheldon didn't drink coffee (he told his mother he'd never do drugs)
Threw me off for a bit of a loop and Ive been watching all the old episodes in order to try to see. (yeah Im a bit Obsessive about TBBT) 
There's a couple things that I wanted to fit in so I've been working on draft II.
