Erm...yes, I believe I can challenge that challenge:
"Discordant pop-chart busters occaisionally forget which marmalade to spread on, lick, or otherwise change in preference, because they are very easily distracted and confused."
Of course, this sentence makes very little to no sense, but it is gramatically sound (say it outloud if you don't believe me).
Thanks.

As for the challenge of the challenge - isn't one of the criteria that the sentence has to make sense?

No, the sentence doesn't have to make sense it simply has to be grammatically correct (or nearly). At least that's my understanding.

The other sentence didn't make sense, but it wasn't my posting of "because" that made the sentence nonsensical. I would say it was the
"marmalade."

...no...
i resent the claim that marmalade rendered the previous sentence nonsensical. it is a perfectly sensible word, is it not? i could have said something silly like "algolian sun-tiger" be grateful for small mercies.
does this sentence actually make sense anymore?????
yes, i was bored

Hand of Bod, I apologize for accusing your marmalade of being nonsensical. BTW, you would have only been able to post "algolian," and then would have to hope that the next post be "sun-tiger."
