It's gone down with major trouble first week of every month since June, new engine, new radiator, replacement for the fan clutch motor. (Probably what went wrong in the first place and cooked everything else off. I had that checked by three competent mechanics, not one of found anything wrong with it on the first go-round. Intermittent failure even I had trouble reproducing. The worst and most intractable kind of mechanical problem.)
This time it went down and wouldn't start during the first major rain of the season. I thought and hoped it was merely a faulty distributor.
It proved instead to be a broken pin on the cam shaft.
Even though its completely covered by warranty, it would be nice to have my wheels available.
I've a 200 mile round trip and a 140 mile round trip I need to complete before the end of this month. I'm dangerously late already.

ooOoooo not good, the viscous fan is one of the difficult to dianose, I have one on my tractor and it done th esame sort of probs! took the the engine out, had to buy a new engine ! pah not good at all
