Has anyone ever had that feeling where something is gnawing in the middle of their chest, and can't get rid of it?

Or where it is necessary to take a deeper breathe to cleare the lungs?

Or for some unknown reason the arm and leg muscles are knotted?

I really don't know what to do!

The problem is I can't even identify the reason! There is no-one and nothing to blame! It is purely me!

Male menopause? Fear of being single? Bored of coming home to an empty flat?

I really don't know!

After my holiday, I shall go for an abstemious period and see if alcohol is the cause!
