tonemonkey(Steve Cooper, of BLiM fame (?!) contact me!)

Ah, the internet is a wonderful thing!smiley - biggrin

I am fairly excited because hopefully fairly soon I will have a site on the net where you can hear my music! Or at least my guitar playing. I have found a site which offers unlimited free MP3 hosting, so, barring problems, I will post a link here as soon as my legal confirmations come through.

All this excitement comes along with the fact that both Buddy Guy and John Mayall are in town next month (8th and the 25th respectively) and I have tickets for both!smiley - biggrin

There you all go, I hope you like it. You may need to create an account to listen online, but as there are so many free songs on there it is worth it!smiley - biggrin

Hi tone I was wondering if you are following the news reports about Clapton selling his gutars off?

They said he had sold so many before that he did not have another 100 to auction for his charity. I can probably send you a link if you have not seen them in the newssmiley - ok His musical keeper said there were only 70 left and they had to keep some to tour with!

He is giving the money to a rehab place he attended years back.

Yes abbi, I've been following.

Blackie sold for $959,000 and his gibson 335 for $847,000 making them the most expensive guitars ever of their type.

I don't know if you've tried RK's yet, but they are cool songs, and weel worth a go. I've added some new stuff to my page as well.smiley - biggrin

Well, when I mentioned my anticipation of Pat Martino-July 3rd, I'd overlooked my previous commitment that same night. However I'll be catching another great musician, I have a feeling it'll be a decidedly funkier show(smiley - ok) & it'll be free smiley - biggrin - apart from hustling around preparing snacks & all! For details on the July 3rd show I will be attending, a couple other great ones, as well as how I spent the past 2 nights entertainment-wise check http://www.yardbirdsuite.comsmiley - musicalnote (they just list the 5 shows right now.)
