its the k/board on my sofa at the edge, i tend to hit the letters and numbers in the wrong ordr most times. by the third week i had to know it forward in full, and back,lol.

all the training went to wait,

i fired the slr, gpmg, sten, lewis, 45 automatic, energha granade, even the bren gun. all a wait of time on there part.

after mother got back on her feet i went about 7 months later to go back, they only wanted school leavers, as two units where to disband, which they did jim

I've been reading these posts from a far and feel for you Jim.

Spent Easter with my bf working on the house so that's why I've been around so little. Now I'm back and I'm wondering whether I've bitten off more than I can chew (regards to badges).

like a lot of people ive had an hard life, but its something, that got me to where i am now,

when you have lived from town to town, in the streets for a few years, slept in an old car or van,then when it falls into place, and the roaming stops, you find your nicht in life.lol

if your life is regimented every day, and you have all you want, then its boring, ive met hundreds along the way, some good some, i wouldnt walk across the street to spit at.

part of the fun, is fighting the system, for whats yours, you cant beat a good gripe, lol jim xx

I'm to hear about your past. I understand that what has made your past will shape your future and after 3 french trips, the first I spoke no french and thus was bulied. I feel like Ive learnt to be strong, be independent and stand on my feet and fight. It's not easy though.

Last night I had a row with my bf, which has left me feeling I don't really want him to be in my life. He seems to have the attitude that he can pick me up and put me down when he feels like it and whenever I think about him I find something else to stress me out. He seems to have everything in the world he could want and I don't have that. When I was sick he said 'you thought you were going to die didn't you '.

ive never been married or lived with a female/girlfiend, for more than a month in my past. i always liked my freedom, if at times, company was needed.

im over 60 and still life is throwing the curve balls at me.

i would love my house back, just me, but with rats on the housing books, i cant turf him out, he pays the money each week, and knows how far to push me or the house. there is one good thing, he wont get the house after me, lol, im the third fam memeber, so its back to the housing when in not around.

his lass wants me to consider seeing what the house is worth now, and what i can get it for with my ful £25,000 off for the years ive lived here.

i have the paperwork, but havent filled it in, and found that i can get a morgage for £22,000, paying back £198 a month. lol

I guess you are right. It's best to be away from a person who frustrates you repeatedly.

I guess life is like that with people, but other people don't declare their worries out loud and appear to have nothing bothering them.

I think the people surrounding you have a cheek to do these things, but who am I to say anything.

when something gets me down, i just shut out anything thats around me, and look for the good things, i go to town, window shopping, or sitting in a cafe, in an area where i can see the world pass by.

someone once said, if we could sit forever in one place, all our friends and emamies would pass that point at some time. lol.

I think I'll take a leaf from your book today and surround myself with things I enjoy doing

I guess we weren't meant to get along with everyone and people change.

I'd like to be a journalist but I'm no good at exams so am reluctant to try for the nctj, I wish to travel Europe but am all alone in this pursuit and you hear what happens on the news, I keep an eye on the papers etc for things to do in the area which interest me and do them.

have you ever thought of trying for a job or parttime one in a charity shop. its helping others in a way, and the one i go in, seem to get job satifaction.

ive never told anyone this even on here, i can count the relationships ive had on one hand, i would hide from girls in school, and like other idiots on a saturday night, i would stand on a corner in town, and whistle with the mates at girls, all i got was two fingers or a slap up the head lol.

but i went back every saturday, then one day a lass did take me up on going out, and it was my first time at the bradford ice rink, that led to me being a speed skater for a while, ann as she was called, lasted for all of two months, then she passed her exams to be a childrens nanny, and went off to america,

she didnt even say she was going, her mother rang me a week later.

for 42 yrs i have beleived i had a son out there, he found me, but he isnt mine, dont need a dna, looking at him, tells it all.
