Yes, absolutely.
What's wrong with hootoo today? It takes ages to load, shows smileys as links and crashes my IE browser.

Hi ladies....
After promising I'd be around a lot more in 2008 looks like I made it twice in one year....

WEll, the subject title says it all, really.
How are you? Nice to see you, it's been years (or so it seems) since I last did.
I'm happy!

Back to Post 1 - face-to-face is an odd expression. Do you ever talk face-to-foot?
Actually - when I worked for GTZ in Yemen, my boss - whenever we met socaialy - only ever talked face-to-boob with Latha - my consort at the time.

'Demonstarting' - sounds like Bel-Hel's bought herself a Ducati. NO - I will NOT allow myself to think of her in red leathers astride a Desmo. Putting he thirty year-old wooly jumper has taxed the aged brain enough!!

I probably has been years, which is entirely my fault.
I suppose life moves on and things change. I like the way little pictures keep popping up all over the place - that's new (to me anyway).
There was one of Galaxy Babe I saw earlier - she was only just in the top she was wearing....
Where did I put those handkerchiefs?

Never mind having been absent for so long, there are still people here who know who you are.
I think it has always been possible to add little pictures to the message centre, but you can still only add what is 'coded' on h2g2. I was lucky to have this picture in a Post article I wrote, so I could use it. Same goes for GB, but hers is somewhat more prominent.
PBS, what is a Desmo?

That doesn't sound so exciting.
I thought it might be a bike.
But then I'm too thick tonight to get what people say.

i even speak danish
nah, i'm just kidding, of course. with all the danish words in english i really shouldn't make fun of english
meeting old friends is great. my mother just informed me that an old school friend of mine just celebrated his 25th year in the same bank. she's sending me an article about him and i can't wait to read it
25 years? it seems like it was only yesterday that we left school together
however, that was 38 years ago - so he must have done something else inbetween
I'm happy!

Maybe he worked at another bank before.
Meeting friends is always great. Can't wait till the next spring meet.

Italians barbarians?? Whatever next. 'Desmo' refers to the shaft (rather than chain) driven overhead camshafts of Ducai motorised bicycles. 'www.Desmo-de-something-or-what' (and PLEASE bell-hell don't go clicking on the link!!) are the 900cc things that went too fast as MotoGP bikes so they reduced the cubic capacity and sold off the old ones as 'street-legal' bikes. Make a lovely noise too - like a Laverda Jota gone mad.
